Company profile and history 

POM was founded in 2005 and since our office is located in Huenenberg, central Switzerland.
The food ingredients business was wholly transmitted from A. Smit Trading, Zug to POM as per 31.12.2006.

POM is a Swiss based distributor of food ingredients situated in central Switzerland. We deal with food ingredients such as proteins, protein hydrolysates, bioactive peptides, whipping agents, coffee whiteners and foamers, fat powders, cheese powders, raising agents, preservatives, tartaric acid, sweeteners and flavours.

Nowadays the sales of food ingredients and compounds within our organization run up to nearly 90% of the total turnover, thus presenting the biggest single market POM is active in.
